does not function properly in any respect, please
immediately and indicate the
following in your email:
1. What the problem is
2. Your full name, street address, city, state, zip
3. Your phone number and area code
Upon receipt, a technical support representative will phone you, connect
to your computer if required, and solve the problem.
If your system crashed or was otherwise rendered unstable and we have
to re-install the software and conduct a set-up,
there will be a service charge for
the time spent, which will be quoted when we determine the problem.
