Steps we take in setting up your Internet Watchman System:

1. After you receive shipment of your Internet Watchman System, we phone you to discuss the area(s) of your home or business that you would like to monitor.

2.  We connect directly to your computer from our Technolgy Center while we are on the telephone with you, and we install the Internet Watchman System software onto your computer.

3.  We discuss with you how you would like the system set up.  For instance, whether you'd just like to monitor your home or business by going to a web site address on the internet, or whether you'd like to do that, plus have the system take snapshots and movies of activity in your home or business or any intruders, and have snapshot photos of these activities or intrusions sent to you via email.

4.  Based on your input, we configure the software to meet your requirements.

5. Next, we tell you how to Connect your camera(s) to your computer, and after the camera is connected, we test the software to make certain it is functioning properly in all respects.  If you are using just one camera, which most people do, the installation is a quick one. However, if you wish to monitor up to 4 rooms in your houe, or up to 4 locations in your business, then multiple cameras must be installed, often requiring the help of an electrician since you might want to connect a camera at a location that is 100 feet or more from your computer. We provide a camera installation manual that you can give to your electrician, and when he has completed the multiple camera hookups, you simply contact us, and we complete and test your installation to make certain all cameras are functioning properly.
