Cost of software and system installation,
camera, and set-up:
This cost is dependant on the layout of your residence or business,
number of cameras, etc., and is always a "flat rate" cost,
meaning that whatever cost we quote, it never increases, no matter how
long the installation takes.
The cost is quoted once we receive your order form information or speak
with you, and includes software and one camera for installation at a
single location. The cost we will quote also includes all
installation and set-up charges.
The system supports up to 4 cameras, so if you want us to provide additional
cameras for placement
in additional locations within your home of other location, simply indicate
this on our order form or when we speak
with you, and someone will quote you a cost for this added equipment.
Installations can be made on weekends, and any night (up to 11PM PST).
Monthly subscription cost: $4.95
per month
(regardless of number of cameras)
Our service is a subscription based service, meaning that you pay a
modest cost each month to use our system.
This subscription cost is automatically charged to your credit card
each month.
Cancellaton Policy:
You can cancell the agreement at any time
without penalty, and no further monthly charges
will be made to your credit card. When you cancell, we will remove the
software from your computer
and you must return one camera. We do not refund any portion of
the money you initially paid to have the system installed.
We suggest that you speak to one of our technicians prior to making
a purchase so that you are sure
that this system will serve your needs.
*NOTE: The Camera that we provide is suitable for most home
surveillance use. Depending on the type of business location,
you might require a different type of camera (such as a low light camera),
which might require that you incur an added cost (a technician can discuss
this with you once you submit your order form describing your needs).
